Disappointing Service at Medihelp Hospital

I was really let down by the service at Medihelp Hospital, Kiribathgoda branch. We consulted with Cardiologist Dr. Niwan Palliyaguruge and went through all the recommended tests. The staff clearly told us that the consultation for the report would be free within two weeks. Yet, when we returned, they changed their story and insisted we pay for a new consultation, just because a day had passed. Their policies seem to shift frequently, which leaves patients feeling frustrated. Overall, we are very unhappy with the management and the inconsistent communication at this branch!

Outstanding service at Kiribathgoda Medihelp

I recently visited Kiribathgoda Medihelp to get laboratory reports for my wife and child, and I was really impressed with their service. The staff was respectful and provided quick service. The cleanliness of the facility stood out, and the atmosphere even reminded me of King's Hospital. It's truly a blessing for our town, especially since we didn't have a quality private hospital in Kiribathgoda before. 🙏🙏

My visit to Medihelp Kiribathgoda OPD, ETU, and pharmacy was excellent. The staff were welcoming, well-informed, and effective. Medications were provided promptly along with clear instructions. The facility is tidy and very accommodating for patients.

Exceptional Service at MediHelp Kiribathgoda

I want to share my positive experience with MediHelp Hospital in Kiribathgoda. A close relative of mine needed long-term IV antibiotics through a PICC line upon discharge. When I visited MediHelp, I met with Promod, the manager, who agreed to provide the service at my relative’s home three times daily. The communication was clear and efficient. To streamline the process, he appointed a nurse named Sandja, who would be the lead nurse and my primary contact. She reached out to me via phone to discuss the requirements and how the service would be delivered. I also had the chance to observe the MediHelp nurses in action. They were not only kind and courteous but also demonstrated great skill in managing the PICC line while maintaining sterility. Their attention to documentation was impressive, which is essential for follow-up with the medical team. As I write this, the service is ongoing, and I’m very pleased with my choice to go with MediHelp (I did consider other options). I wholeheartedly recommend MediHelp Kiribathgoda for this type of service. As a medical professional working abroad, I believe MediHelp Kiribathgoda is making significant strides in the Sri Lankan healthcare sector, especially given the growing elderly population with complex medical needs, promoting the idea of "Care closer to home." My experience at Medihelp Hospital in Kiribathgoda was excellent. The staff were warm, attentive, and highly professional. The doctors took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and I was impressed by the fast and efficient service. All in all, I'm very pleased with the care I received.
