    Excellent dental care in Sri Lanka

    While in Sri Lanka from Sweden, my daughter had an unfortunate fall and broke her front tooth. We received outstanding professional assistance, and I am extremely grateful for it!

    Frustrating Appointment Process

    The appointment scheduling is a nightmare. You have to go in person to get an appointment number, and phone appointments aren't an option. Even when I tried to call for clarification, no one ever answered the numbers listed. 👎 On the bright side, the doctor is quite friendly. 👍 However, the assistant was extremely rude for no reason. She showed a complete lack of respect for patients and seemed to have no grasp of basic manners; her behavior was truly unpleasant and off-putting. 🤮 She also disregarded the order of appointment numbers when taking patients. 🙄 (This was the assistant on duty in August 2025.) Overall, my experience was very disappointing. This was my first and definitely last visit. 👎

    Great doctor, tough to book an appointment

    Getting an appointment has been quite difficult. Whenever I try to call the clinic, no one answers, and when I show up, it’s always fully booked. On the bright side, the doctor's care is outstanding. It would really help if they could enhance their customer service to make things better for patients.
