Disappointed with Reception Staff

I have no issues with Dr. Shridharan — he truly is a gentleman and an outstanding doctor. Unfortunately, my experiences with the reception staff at the clinic have consistently been unpleasant. Given my work schedule, it’s challenging for me to make a call right at 9:00 AM to book an appointment. Still, I made an effort every day but couldn’t secure a slot for the entire week. In fact, I even took a half-day off from work one day just to try and make the booking. I began calling exactly at 9:00 AM, but the line was busy. When I finally got through at around 9:18 AM, all the appointments were already filled. I then went to the clinic in person to kindly request an appointment for the next day, explaining my situation. I completely understand and respect the clinic’s policy of taking bookings only via phone — that’s perfectly fine. However, the way the staff communicated with me was shockingly rude and disrespectful. Their tone was unacceptable and left me feeling humiliated. I am very disappointed with the treatment I received. My issue isn’t with the doctor, but I earnestly urge Dr. Shridharan to consider hiring more polite and professional reception staff for the clinic.
