Phone Stolen During Visit
On June 7, 2023, we visited to follow up on a procedure. The nurse insisted we remove our bag for a blood test, which we complied with, leaving the bag on a chair next to the reception. After the check-up, we discovered that our phone had been stolen from the bag. This experience was extremely disappointing. It highlights the lack of security for patients' belongings.
