This is the most ineffective government office around. They hardly ever answer the phone—only about 1 in 50 calls gets picked up, and the line is constantly busy. They also stop working and leave by 3:30. 💀🤮

I reached out to this office to inquire about my Henna shipment that was held up in Customs. Someone answered the phone, but it sounded like they were drunk. They put me on hold while talking to their relatives! Completely useless.
