Friendly staff and stunning views

This is a fantastic spot to stay with incredibly friendly staff and breathtaking views of Kandy city. Our room was spotless and comfy. We tried the English breakfast, which was delightful. Everything lived up to our expectations. The manager, Mr. Dilan, was especially helpful and kind. Thanks for everything!

Terrible experience overall. The prices were outrageous, the staff seemed absent, and the food issues were just too much to handle. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was overpriced, breakfast quality was awful, and the location made it nearly impossible to find other dining options at night. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel; it was just disgusting!

I stayed here for one night. Unfortunately, the bathroom was in awful shape, and my room was right underneath the kitchen, which made it really noisy. Overall, it wasn't a great experience, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Memorable Birthday Celebration in Kandy

We visited the hotel on January 29 to celebrate a birthday. They surprised us with a lovely reception, complete with a beautiful cake, decorations, and music. The staff came together to sing happy birthday in a wonderful way. It was such a warm and heartfelt welcome. The balcony view is absolutely stunning, overlooking the city of Kandy and the reflections on the river. This hotel truly made the birthday celebration extra special, and I highly recommend experiencing their professional service for yourself.

Wonderful Stay with Amazing Views

We had a fantastic time at Sandriana Lake View in Kandy. The hotel seamlessly blends comfort with breathtaking views, showcasing a lovely panorama of the lake and its surrounding hills. The rooms were impressively clean, spacious, and well-kept. What really distinguishes this place is the level of hospitality. The entire front office and service staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
