    Peaceful stay with stunning views

    I had a great experience at this accommodation and really appreciated my time there. The highlight was definitely the tranquil location and the breathtaking view. If you're looking to explore Kandy while enjoying a serene and relaxing place to stay, this spot is ideal. The bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away, and you'll find several small cafés and restaurants along the main road. The room was roomy, spotless, and very comfortable, featuring a cozy bed and hot water in the shower. It was also exceptionally quiet at night—no traffic or other disturbances, making it perfect for a good night's sleep. The balcony, offering a gorgeous view, was a delightful spot to unwind! Breakfast was tasty and more than sufficient. The owner was incredibly kind and attentive, sharing fascinating details about the local area. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

    Memorable Stay at Mountain Bills Villa

    Our experience at Mountain Bills Villa in Mahakanda, near Peradeniya, was truly unforgettable. Mr. Weerasekara was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel genuinely welcomed from arrival to departure. Every morning, the breakfast was delicious, and we really appreciated the quick and thoughtful service—anytime we asked for tea, it was promptly prepared and always a pleasure to enjoy. These little touches made a significant impact. The stunning view of the surrounding mountains brought a peaceful charm to our experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-kept, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our time there. I cherished every moment of the three days we spent here. This will undoubtedly be my preferred spot for future visits to Peradeniya.

    Wonderful Stay at Mountain Bliss Villa

    We had a fantastic evening at Mountain Bliss Villa. Tucked away in nature, it provided a serene escape from the busy atmosphere of Kandy. The views from the villa are just as breathtaking as promised, and the rooms were spotless and spacious. Suresh was an incredibly considerate host, and both breakfast and dinner were exceptional. We especially appreciated how he prepared mild, non-spicy local dishes for our kids! :-)

    Charming Hillside Retreat

    This is a fantastic spot in the hills close to the bustling Kandy and its smog. The views are stunning, and the rooms are tidy and comfortable. The host is incredibly welcoming, and the home-cooked meals are delightful. The prices are excellent as well. We truly enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much!

    This place boasts a fantastic quiet location and features a comfy bed, air conditioning, internet, Wi-Fi, and hot water. They also provide drinking water and a generous breakfast. The top floor of the family house has three guest rooms, a spacious hall, and a terrace with a beautiful mountain view. Plus, there’s a local bus service to and from Kandy.

    If you're heading to the Royal Botanical Gardens or planning to ride the scenic mountain train in Sri Lanka, this homestay is an excellent choice. The views are stunning, the air is refreshing, and the host is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. From the time we made our reservation, the host shared a wealth of local insights and was eager to assist with any of our needs. A standout moment was the mechanical lift they used to move our luggage upon arrival—it was quite impressive! We enjoyed traditional local meals for both dinner and breakfast, making for a truly memorable experience. We sincerely appreciate the host for making us feel at home and for the delightful stay. Highly recommended!

    We had a truly enjoyable and relaxing experience here. The setting is quiet and serene, making it an ideal spot to unwind and take in the stunning surroundings. Our room was quite comfortable and equipped with all the essentials: a cozy bed, air conditioning, a mosquito net, Wi-Fi, and hot water. It was also considerate of them to provide drinking water, which was a nice addition. The house itself is charming. On the upper floor, there are three guest rooms, a spacious common area, and a lovely terrace where you can relax and admire the mountain views. The ambiance is tranquil and feels more like a home than a hotel. The breakfast was noteworthy, generous, fresh, and tasty. We truly appreciated the attention and warmth we experienced during our stay. Getting around is easy too, thanks to the local bus service to and from Kandy, which means you don’t have to rely on private transportation. Most importantly, Mr. Suresh, the owner, is incredibly kind and attentive. He made us feel warmly welcomed and was genuinely interested in ensuring our comfort. His hospitality enhanced our experience significantly. In summary, this is a fantastic place for anyone seeking a peaceful, cozy stay with beautiful views and outstanding service. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would gladly return. Highly recommended!
