Safety Concerns with Pool Area

I'm sharing this review primarily to alert others to exercise caution. The venue itself offers a serene atmosphere and boasts a lovely view. The rooms are pleasant, and the beds provide good comfort, making that aspect of the stay enjoyable. However, there is a significant safety concern regarding the pool. Some tiles at the bottom are either broken or missing, which caused me to sustain a deep cut on my foot. Even more alarming is that the staff informed me this issue has occurred multiple times, with a recent guest needing hospitalization for a similar injury. It's disappointing that this problem hasn't been addressed, especially given the known risks. The food was also subpar, rather soggy, although I did enjoy the dessert. All in all, it was a mixed experience. The location has great potential, but the pool's safety issue requires immediate attention. Please take care if you plan to use the pool.

The staff made me feel right at home, and the food was quite good as well. This is the most welcoming place I've ever visited, particularly thanks to Mr. Tharaka, who was exceptionally friendly, patient, and professional. I highly recommend this spot for anyone who loves nature and tranquility.
