Parking Service Issues
I'm writing to share my disappointment with the parking service. Upon arrival, we did not receive a parking ticket, which is a basic necessity. Later, the person responsible charged us Rs. 300, stating it was for one hour of parking. However, the sign clearly indicated that one hour costs only 100/=. We parked for less than an hour and definitely not for the two hours suggested. Without a ticket, we have no way to verify our actual arrival time. This lack of proper procedure feels unprofessional and unfair to customers. I urge that steps be taken to ensure better transparency and ticketing in the future.
