The lack of privacy here is concerning. The management seems disorganized, as guests are forced to wait around while rooms are being prepared, even after notifying them. To make matters worse, the beds are noisy and shift during use. This definitely needs to be addressed! 🤷 …

The room, bathroom, bed, sheets, and towels were all exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly, and the hotel offers a large parking area with 24-hour CCTV surveillance. It's the best budget option in the Nugegoda area, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place, especially for couples.

The rooms are clean, measuring about 13x13 feet, with double beds, and the bathrooms are also tidy at 5.5x7 feet. It's a decent location in Nugegoda. I stayed from the 8th to the 10th, and both the TV and AC were functional, so the basics are covered. However, the receptionist was quite difficult to communicate with. He lacked a hospitable demeanor when addressing issues. Although they advertise hourly rates, I was unable to extend my stay and ended up feeling abandoned on the streets of Colombo. Pricing isn't any better here than in Colombo 2 or 3, where you can find fully AC rooms for 4500-6000. In Nugegoda, the rates are fixed across guest houses, starting at 6k a night. Given my experience with the receptionist, I doubt I'll return to this hotel. Despite being marketed as a restaurant hotel, there isn't a restaurant on-site, and they couldn't serve coffee in the morning. I checked in at noon, but the receptionist told me I had to check out by 9 am, so be cautious if you're expecting a full 24-hour stay.

This is the best spot if you're on a budget. Despite being affordable, it provides excellent service. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the staff is attentive to your needs. It's conveniently located near the main road and easy to find, with parking available for everyone. During my last visit, it was quite busy, so I had to wait at the reception for a bit to get a room. I highly recommend this budget-friendly place.

The condition varies each time I visit. It's situated near the Nugegoda flyover. Unfortunately, the front desk staff don’t take accountability. Once, when I made a booking, the front desk person claimed they weren’t the one who answered my call, completely disregarding my reservation. So, don’t count on phone bookings. In the end, I received an AC room instead of the non-AC one I had booked. To make matters worse, the room wasn't cleaned, and the towels were from previous guests. I had to go downstairs to complain before they finally cleaned it. This used to be a nice place, but the management has really declined. On a positive note, there are available parking spaces.

This place has serious privacy concerns. I would never recommend visiting here, as my experience with customer management was the worst I've ever encountered. The staff had very poor behavior, and the manager was awful. Overall, this establishment is disgusting and offers the worst customer service.

I found these people to be untrustworthy. I accidentally left my newly purchased charger behind and called them right away. However, even before they had rented out the room to someone else, they denied having it. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
