Great Spot for Drinks and Music

It's a nice place for drinks and a relaxed atmosphere. They often have light music played by an individual, making it a wonderful spot for pre-drinks or just to unwind with a drink.

Disappointing Service at Meat Carlos

We dined at Meat Carlos yesterday, and I have to say, the service really fell short of expectations. When we got there, it took quite a while for the staff to even bring us a menu, and we had to call them several times just to get one. We ordered cashew nuts and a spicy meat platter, clearly specifying to the waiter that we wanted the spicy option, not honey. After a long wait, the cashew nuts finally arrived, but the meat platter didn’t show up until nearly one and a half hours later. To make matters worse, it was the honey version instead of the spicy one we requested. We politely let the waiter and manager know about the mix-up and asked for the correct dish. They took it back and brought out another platter, but once again, it was not the spicy version. It felt like they weren't being truthful with us and showed little regard for customer satisfaction. Throughout the ordeal, we remained calm and respectful, but the service was really lacking. I remember last October, the previous manager did a fantastic job with customer service, and it was a much better experience. Unfortunately, the current staff doesn't seem to meet that level. We really enjoy the food here, which is why we keep coming back, but this experience has left us very disappointed. Because of this, we’re not sure we’ll return again.

Consistently Great Experience at Meat Carlos

We often dine at Meat Carlos Sky Lounge and consistently enjoy our time there. The ambiance is lovely and well-kept, the staff is warm and attentive, and the food and drinks are always top-notch. The BYOB option and the kids’ play area in the same venue add to the convenience for families. I highly recommend it!

Delicious Fried Rice and Great Atmosphere

I had the fried rice at Meat Carlos Sky Lounge, and it was truly delicious and worth every penny. The atmosphere is pleasant and calming, featuring a big screen to enjoy while dining. The customer service is excellent as well. It's a fantastic spot to have a meal!

Fantastic food and atmosphere

This is a wonderful spot with a lovely atmosphere. The food was outstanding! The grilled dishes were juicy, flavorful, and clearly made from high-quality ingredients. The rooftop setting, combined with the lighting, creates a laid-back, enjoyable vibe, making it ideal for a casual evening out with friends. The service was friendly and efficient, and everything felt well-organized. Overall, it’s a great place for delicious food and a good time. I would definitely visit again.

Delicious food and lovely atmosphere

Generous portions and a nice selection. The mixed meat platter was delicious. The mashed potatoes and garlic bread stood out as exceptional. The staff was attentive, and the atmosphere was lovely for a night out under a clear sky.

Great BYOB with live music

This is a solid BYOB choice. The food is tasty, but I'm not sure why they add so much salt. Live music is featured on Thursdays, Fridays, and weekends.

Exceptional Experience at Carlos Sky Lounge

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Carlos Sky Lounge! Upon entering, the beautiful and inviting atmosphere immediately catches your eye, along with the cleanliness and care of the space. It's an ideal spot for a laid-back evening. The service is outstanding; the staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring a fantastic dining experience. Regarding the menu, everything we sampled was fantastic. The food was top-notch, and their cocktail and mocktail selection is both creative and of high quality. Additionally, the BYOB option is a significant advantage, providing great flexibility. This is a must-visit place that shines in every aspect!

Fantastic food and chill vibes!

I really loved this place! The vibe is laid-back with excellent music, making it ideal for unwinding. The mutton string hopper kottu was full of flavor and incredibly tasty. I also sampled the cheesy chicken ham loaded fries, which were outstanding! The portions are hefty and the prices are quite reasonable. The best part – it’s BYOB, which enhances the experience even more. I highly recommend it!
