I visited to get my hearing aid serviced, but was informed that service is only available at the Delkada branch. It would be more convenient if they could offer service closer to Negombo Road for their customers. Additionally, there's only one parking slot available.

I came here today to purchase a pair of glasses for someone. The woman working in the shop was incredibly nice and provided a reasonable price for the glasses. I highly recommend this store due to the great prices and outstanding customer service. Keep up the good work!

I strongly recommend Wickramarachchi Opticians & Hearing Care in Negombo for their outstanding service and reasonable prices. I recently bought a pair of authentic Gucci spectacle frames at an incredible 50% discount. They also provide SYNCHRONY blue-cut lenses with a 10% discount, ensuring excellent eye protection and comfort. The staff is very knowledgeable, and the whole shopping experience was smooth. The best part is the ease of claiming your bill, making everything hassle-free. If you're in the market for stylish frames or high-quality lenses, Wickramarachchi Opticians & Hearing Care is definitely the go-to place for great deals and professional service.

I had a fantastic experience buying my glasses from Wickramarachchi Opticians. From the moment I entered, the customer service was top-notch. I want to particularly commend Miss Poornima for her exceptional service. She possesses extensive knowledge about spectacles, lenses, and eyewear, and she explained everything in a clear and patient manner. After having a frustrating experience with a pair of glasses from another place that were unusable, I felt really lost until a friend suggested I visit the Wickramarachchi branch in Negombo. The female optician there (I don’t know her name, but she wears glasses) was so kind and patient. She possessed impressive knowledge and experience regarding lenses and my eye condition, helping me choose the perfect frame and lenses. Thank you, Wickramarachchi, for having such fantastic staff, and a big thank you to that unnamed lady at the Negombo branch.
