Slow,inefficient. Took more than 20 minutes to give some painkillers

The slowest pharmacy service i have ever received. Don't go there if you unless you have 20-30 minutes to waste

Disappointing service experience

I had a really frustrating visit to Union Chemist Pharmacy in Kalubowila. The customer service was shockingly poor and very chaotic. During my last trip, I went in to buy eye drops and just had a quick question. One of the staff members went off to check but then completely ignored me while I stood right there waiting for an answer. Instead, she chose to help another customer who came in after me. I ended up waiting around for about 15 minutes for a simple "yes" or "no," but I got no response at all. In the end, I had to leave feeling quite annoyed. This isn’t the first time I've dealt with such treatment at this location. It seems there’s no effective system for managing customers, and there’s a noticeable lack of respect and attention for those who are waiting. Customers should at least receive basic acknowledgment and timely service. Overall, the service is slow, disorganized, and quite discouraging. I really hope management will take action to improve customer service and staff responsiveness.
