The service at the hot food bar was awful. I had to wait over 40 minutes for an order that was promised in just 10 minutes. Meanwhile, other orders that were placed after mine were being completed without issue. When I brought this up, there was no apology or effort to speed things up.

I had a very disappointing experience at Nupe keels Matara. The customer service was lacking, as the staff were unfriendly and spoke rudely. Even if they are out of stock on medicine, there’s a courteous way to communicate that to customers. A touch of kindness and respect can really make a difference. I hope to see improvements in their service soon.

I visit this store daily, and I have to say, it's the best! The employees here are incredibly kind and focused on customer service, especially when compared to the rude staff at the Keells City Supermarket. I really appreciate all the workers at Keells Matara 1 for their excellent service.
