Convenient EV Charging Station

There's an EV charger available for the Atto 3, which is really convenient. It's located perfectly. Recently, I did a quick top-up of 10 units while making a round trip from Kahathuduwa to Matara.

Great shopping experience at Keells Super

Keells Super 2 offers a spacious parking area and a well-organized marketplace, making it easy to find what you need. The customer service is commendable, and there are counters with no queues. If you hold a Keells Nexus card, you can enjoy special discounts. They have a wide variety of products, including bakery items like doughnuts, pizza slices, buns, and bread, as well as a fresh juice counter. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for quality goods while saving both time and money.

Convenient but Limited Selection

This store has all the essential supermarket items, but it doesn't offer the extensive range of products that other Keells locations do. On the bright side, it's usually less crowded here.

Rotten Chicken Experience

I ordered chicken from them, but it was spoiled. The moment I took a bite, I could detect a foul odor. I immediately stopped eating and returned it. They need to pay more attention to their customers' safety. On the bright side, they did acknowledge their error.

Outstanding Service at Keells

This review focuses more on the wonderful staff at this Keells branch, particularly the manager. I can't think of a better place to express my gratitude. Recently, I accidentally damaged a pole at the entrance of Keells with my vehicle. Almost immediately, a young lady manager along with a few staff members approached me. To my surprise, their first concern was not about the property damage but rather whether my vehicle was okay and if everyone was safe. They even suggested I take photos in case I needed them for insurance purposes. According to my insurance company, filing a claim for the damaged property might not be straightforward, so I went to speak with the manager and offered to cover the damage myself. I felt genuinely remorseful about the incident and continually asked if I could take responsibility for the costs. Her response genuinely caught me off guard. She calmly explained that the incident had already been reported and that it would likely be addressed by Keells. She reassured me that they would only reach out if any further steps were necessary. Even with my persistent offers to pay for the damage, she remained patient, understanding, and comforting throughout our discussion. What struck me the most was her kindness, professionalism, and composed demeanor. At no point did she make me feel uneasy or pressured. Instead, she managed the entire situation with empathy and grace. In the end, she simply advised me to drive safely and wished me well. In a scenario where many might have reacted differently, she chose to act with kindness. Her actions left a lasting impression on me, and I continue to be amazed by how professionally and compassionately she handled everything. I am truly grateful to her and the staff who helped me. Their compassion and customer service were exceptional.

Great supermarket experience

This supermarket has a friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. The air conditioning is set low, but it's still comfortable. The store is tidy and well-organized. They offer fresh-squeezed juice on ice at an affordable price. There's also a spacious parking lot for cars and bikes. Overall, the prices are fair. I spent 1648 LKR for my purchases. Definitely recommended!

Convenient and Spacious Shopping

Getting there is a breeze with ample parking available! The store is quite roomy, but aside from that, it's pretty much what you'd anticipate from a standard Keells. Overall, it's a reliable spot for shopping.
