Exceptional Care at CFC Pharmacy

I recently visited the CFC pharmacy and had a fantastic experience. Rude Security Experience

I stopped by Gagana Pharmacy today to pick up some medicine, but the security guard wouldn't let me park my motorcycle because they needed the space for cars. It felt like they assumed I was just there for free medicine. Their behavior was quite rude, and I've decided I won't be returning. I'll go to Healthguard or Sams instead.

Consistently Great Pharmacy Experience

I've been to this pharmacy several times, and each time has been a pleasant one. The team is friendly, well-trained, and offers outstanding customer service. The store is tidy and well-organized, making it easy to locate what I need. Parking is usually adequate, though it can occasionally be a bit challenging, but the security staff are helpful and assist with parking. They're open until midnight, which is very convenient. Overall, this is a dependable and customer-oriented pharmacy that I would recommend.

Excellent service at Kohuwala Branch

Every six months, I order medications for my parents from the Kohuwala Branch, and the Manager, Buddhika, takes care of everything exceptionally well. He’s always friendly and professional, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. If a medication isn’t available at his branch, he goes out of his way to check other locations and helps arrange it effortlessly. His commitment and supportive nature make the service very trustworthy. I highly recommend it!
