This mat pilates class is a perfect 10 out of 10, offering an excellent mix of challenge and fun. The staff is incredibly sweet and friendly, which adds to the experience. The space itself is quite pleasant as well! I will definitely return!

Training with Ama has been such a fantastic experience! It definitely burns, but it's totally worth it. Ama, you're incredible! Thanks so much! 😊👏

I really enjoyed the barre class — it was tough yet enjoyable, and the instructor was incredibly encouraging. I walked away feeling more powerful and full of energy. I highly recommend it!

We had the chance to join a Pilates class with Ama (@flowbyama) during the grand opening of Barressentials Weligama at South Beach, and it was our first Pilates experience, which we thoroughly enjoyed. It provided a solid workout and really challenged our core! We also got a brief look at their new studio at Kurumba Bay, and it’s such a charming place — modern, peaceful, and inviting, with a delightful aroma as soon as you enter. We’re also thrilled that Barressentials is Good Market approved, which makes us even happier to see a wellness business like this launch in Weligama. What’s exciting is that through @amlinmindbody, there’s more available than just Pilates; they also offer yoga, sound healing, and Muay Thai as part of their wellness programs. The opening event was beautifully organized and served as a fantastic introduction to Barressentials. If you’re in Weligama and want to explore Pilates or other wellness activities, we highly recommend checking them out at @barressentialsweligama and @amlinmindbody. We can’t wait to try a regular class at the studio!

I've been hitting the gym since April and couldn't be happier with my experience. I've trained with all the instructors, and they are all fantastic. Ama has made the biggest impact on me since I've spent the most hours with her; she always introduces new challenges. The exercises are consistently varied, and I'm extremely satisfied. Martina and Yassi are also wonderful, along with the other instructors I've had. I highly recommend this place!

I really enjoyed the Pilates class taught by the Italian instructor, Viviana! The studio is clean and adorable, plus they offer mat, barre, and reformer Pilates classes. Make sure to check out their Instagram!

I attended the reformer Pilates and barre classes. The instructors are very friendly, the workouts are intense and demanding, but beginners shouldn't be concerned. Plus, the studio itself is lovely. I definitely recommend it!

This place is incredible, I’d rate it a perfect 10/10. I really enjoyed the classes, some of which are quite challenging, and the vibe along with the people here is fantastic. I will definitely return. Thank you 🙏🏻 …

I really love this studio. It's small, which means the classes are more intimate, allowing for excellent personal attention from the instructors. Both instructors are fantastic, and the front desk staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I purchased a package that offered incredible value for money, and I highly encourage everyone to give it a shot: you'll be embraced no matter your skill level. Just go for it! 😀
