The new area offers more space, specifically for ladies, with a dedicated cardio section. It's fully air-conditioned and very clean. The staff is incredibly helpful. Great job, everyone! Thanks!

I've been a member of Fitness First for two years, and I truly appreciate both the facilities and the staff. The equipment is up-to-date and well-kept, while the group classes are lively and enjoyable. I trained at this gym for a month while in Weligama, paying LKR 4500, which I found reasonable. The facility is well-equipped, offering everything needed for a solid workout. The only drawback is that the heaviest dumbbells are 30 KG, but that's sufficient for most users. The music was enjoyable, and I appreciated that this gym isn't as crowded in the afternoons compared to the one down the street, which influenced my decision to workout here for the month. Although I didn't use the cardio machines, I noticed a guy on the treadmill, and it seemed to be in good shape. The staff were friendly, and while they mentioned air conditioning, it still felt hot—though I can't complain too much given it's Sri Lanka. I would definitely return to train here if I find myself in Weligama again.

This gym offers everything you could want—up-to-date equipment, plenty of space for workouts, and an awesome atmosphere. The staff is friendly and supportive. Since I joined, I’ve noticed significant progress. It's absolutely worth the membership cost! I love it! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I highly recommend this gym located in the center of Weligama! It offers a wide range of machines and is air-conditioned. The staff is always available to answer questions or help create a personal training plan. Plus, they provide free towels and water. I really enjoy working out here!

I believe this is one of the top gyms in the area. It's not overcrowded, has a nice mix of locals and foreigners, and the air conditioning is effective. Suranga stands out as a great trainer, always available to offer helpful advice if you need it. Plus, the quality you get for the price is among the best when compared to other gyms in town that charge European prices.

I had a great experience training here for a week. The gym has everything you need for a solid workout and is very budget-friendly, costing 3000 LKR for the week or 1000 LKR for a day. If you're serious about fitness, you'll find all the essential equipment available. I usually went in the early morning, around 7:30 to 8:00, which was ideal—quiet, comfortable, and air-conditioned. The reception staff are always friendly and welcoming, which enhances the whole experience. Thank you for such a wonderful place to work out!
