Disappointing Reception Experience
I had a really unpleasant time when I called Suwa Arana Channel Center in Dambulla to schedule a doctor's appointment. The receptionist was quite rude, which was both disappointing and unprofessional. On a positive note, the manager I spoke with afterwards was very helpful and managed the situation well. I really hope they can enhance their customer service, particularly at the reception desk.
