During the massage, someone took money from our wallet. While the massage itself was decent, it doesn't compare to the shock of being robbed, which definitely warrants a 1-star rating. After we reached out to the owner via WhatsApp, he was responsive and informed us that he had fired the massage therapist involved. I hope that's true, but it doesn't change the negative impact of our experience there.

I received an Ayurvedic Massage from Shashikala at Healing Hands & Spa in Ella. It was an excellent massage; I was quite worn out from my long trek earlier in the day, and it completely rejuvenated me. The entire staff was very polite and attentive.

I had an amazing massage at Healing Hands Sashikala. The therapist was very professional and made sure to balance the pressure, being neither too forceful nor too gentle. She did an excellent job! I strongly recommend getting a massage at this place.

I had a deep tissue massage with Wasanthi, and I couldn't be happier! She was really kind and knew exactly where to focus. Plus, they now offer lockers to store your bags during the massage, which is a nice touch.

A lovely, calm, and peaceful spot! The massage I received from Sahikala was excellent. She inquired about the pressure and adjusted according to my feedback.

Upon arriving, I was handed a century-old leaflet that looked like it had survived two world wars, which didn't set a great first tone. I decided to go ahead and picked an Ayurvedic massage. The therapist was genuinely kind and friendly, so I have no complaints about her, but the facility was quite dreadful. Having traveled from Portugal to Hawaii, I can honestly say I've never encountered such unattractive and uninviting surroundings. In Thailand, you can get a massage for around 5 euros, yet the rooms are leagues ahead in quality. Here, I spent over 20 euros, nearly European prices, and I found myself just waiting for it to be over. The massages take place in an unfinished concrete building — looking up, it felt like the ceiling might cave in. It was a really off-putting experience. If the owner is going to charge rates equivalent to those in Europe, the venue should reflect that standard, in my opinion. The massage itself was just average, but the environment was dreadful. The worst part was the wellness music, which would be interrupted every ten minutes by loud advertisements, making it feel like the owner didn’t have a YouTube or Spotify subscription. It was really distracting and uncomfortable. I would strongly suggest finding another massage place in Ella instead.

Despite initial doubts from other reviews, we were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The staff were friendly, and the massage was good, lasting the full time we agreed upon. We opted for deep tissue, which was enjoyable. However, my friend chose the regular full body massage and didn't notice much difference afterwards. Overall, Sanjevani did a commendable job. The spa itself is charming but fairly simple, so if you're looking for a luxurious experience, you might want to consider other options. The massage tables aren't the most comfortable; the hole for my face felt a bit too large. Still, the massage itself was satisfactory. There’s a locker in the massage room to secure your belongings, and you can keep your clothes in a basket nearby, which adds a sense of safety.

My wife and I, along with my parents, had a fantastic time. Everyone left feeling very happy. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the massage was both strong and professional, leaving us all feeling truly relaxed. A special shoutout to Vasanti and Shasikaja for their wonderful service and kindness. The location is quite convenient, situated right at the hotel on the rocks, which made our visit easy. Overall, it was a delightful experience that we would absolutely recommend.

Our visit to this massage establishment was outstanding. Right from our arrival, the atmosphere was serene, inviting, and felt very secure. The two women who took care of us were exceptionally kind and professional, ensuring we felt at ease throughout our session. The massage itself was truly remarkable—relaxing, expertly done, and just what we needed. As a nice bonus, we accidentally left our phone behind, and they hurried after us to return it, which really reflects their thoughtfulness and integrity. In summary, it was a perfect experience. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone in search of a top-notch and reliable massage.

I had a really relaxing Ayurvedic Full Body Massage with Kumare! She checked in with me several times about the pressure, which was great. However, I’m not sure if it was a true Ayurvedic experience since they didn’t use any special oils; it felt more like a standard massage. On another note, I appreciated how seriously they took the issue of commentary regarding stolen cash. We were provided with a safe that came with a key for us to keep, and it stayed in our room the entire time. The staff was friendly, and the place was clean. I would recommend it.
