    Authentic Breakfast in Kataragama

    This is one of the best places I've ever eaten. I enjoyed breakfast here, and it had an incredibly authentic flavor. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Kataragama.

    A Hidden Gem in Kataragama

    Fresh Queen Restaurant is the best dining spot we discovered in Kataragama! ❤️ Operated by a wonderful couple who genuinely care about their patrons, we had an experience that stood out. One evening around 6:30 pm, we were on the lookout for string hoppers for a group of 8. Although they didn’t have any on hand, they graciously offered to make fresh string hoppers along with chicken curry, pol sambol, and potato curry in just an hour. What impressed us the most was their focus on providing great food and warm hospitality over simply making a profit. The food was incredibly tasty, portions were ample, and the prices were very fair. We returned for lunch the next day, and once again, everything was top-notch. This place truly feels like a hidden gem in Kataragama. We will certainly come back every time we visit Kataragama. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a delicious meal at a reasonable price!

    We enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the hotel. The food was tasty, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We had a great time and would absolutely love to come back again. ❤️🍽️✨
