Disappointing experience after many years
We've been loyal customers of Vogue for almost a decade, and while they've always had great service for purchasing new items, our recent experience was quite disappointing. We went in to repair a chain and a bracelet, but a senior sales lady claimed that the gold wasn’t theirs. I assumed that all our previous transactions were linked to my mobile number, as it’s unreasonable to expect customers to keep all their printed receipts in this digital age. She checked their system and insisted that our items weren’t listed in past orders, which seemed ridiculous. Eventually, we found the bill, and she had to accept our word. This incident has shaken our trust in Vogue, and I doubt we’ll choose them as our first option in the future.
