    Poor customer service experience

The customer service here is quite disappointing. I had to wait a long time for assistance even though the staff were available. Additionally, I waited two weeks for my specs. It felt like they didn't value my payment for their service.

Bad costumer service and bad team. Provides fake information about tests. Also no duties on time. Poor management.

    Excellent Experience at Jayasekara Opticals

I've bought more than three pairs of glasses for my family from Jayasekara Opticals, and each time has been fantastic! They have a wonderful variety of high-quality frames at fair prices, and their customer service is exceptional. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always eager to help you find the ideal fit. The precision of their eye tests and the careful crafting of the lenses truly enhance vision clarity. Whether you're looking for prescription glasses or trendy frames, Jayasekara Opticals is my top choice. I highly recommend them!

    Disappointed with Service and Glasses

I purchased two pairs of glasses from Jayaseke Optical Perikal, but they were uncomfortable for my eyes. When I returned to let them know, they refused to exchange them on the spot. I'm not satisfied with their service in this situation. Overall, I'm not impressed with the place, and I feel unsure about how to communicate with them.
