I had a fantastic professional experience! Kirna was super friendly and had incredibly strong hands. You can request specific pressure points to focus on, and the service was excellent and clean. Definitely worth the price!

I had a fantastic time at Grand Thai Spa. As soon as I entered, I was struck by the calm, welcoming atmosphere that was beautifully kept. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly, ensuring I felt at ease the entire time. The massage I received was among the best I’ve experienced—deeply relaxing and expertly customized to alleviate my tension. You can genuinely sense their skill and training in authentic Thai methods. The tranquil setting, soothing music, and meticulous attention to detail enhanced the overall experience. When I left, I felt completely rejuvenated and relaxed. I wholeheartedly recommend Grand Thai Spa to anyone seeking a top-notch, serene spa experience. I’ll definitely return. Special thanks to Kirna and Nofita ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The masseuses were fantastic—truly accommodating, and we couldn't find fault with them. We visited for the honeymoon package and had arranged to use the pool and spa facilities. Unfortunately, just two days prior, the spa team notified us that the pool and spa were under refurbishment, and treatments would take place in hotel rooms at the back of the hotel. We confirmed our reservation with the hotel the day before, but they neglected to inform us about this change. We discovered this upon our arrival. The guest rooms were chilly, and the doors didn't close properly, allowing passersby to see inside or even enter if they chose. To make matters worse, there was no discount offered for the inconvenience, resulting in us paying a premium for what felt like a budget experience. We initially planned to dine at the hotel, but after our disappointing spa treatment, we opted to return to our hotel instead. It's a shame since the procedure itself was executed so well by the spa staff, especially given the spa's strong reviews.

I had an incredible massage with Novita. I've experienced many massages in Bali and Thailand, but this one was the best by far. For the first time, I actually fell asleep during the massage; it was so relaxing and worked wonders on my knots! I wish I could bring her with me to Dubai!
