We decided to try a foot massage as a family because we were feeling tired. The massage itself was just okay; I expected it to be an Ayurvedic experience, but it didn’t meet those expectations at all. Additionally, they didn’t offer any clothes for us to change into. I would rate the ambiance a 0 and the cleanliness and hygiene also a 0.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! We were told to expect a one-hour massage, but it ended up being just under 30 minutes. The treatment room was freezing, and the so-called ‘steam room’ was not warm at all. There was a lack of privacy, with staff frequently entering and exiting, pulling back the curtains while we were trying to relax. My brothers’ masseuses were unprofessional, chatting and laughing throughout their session. The towels were dirty and had a bad smell. When we brought up our concerns about the overpriced service and the overall poor experience to the owner, she yelled at us and made excuses. This place feels like a total scam!

I had a really bad experience with the massage, service, and facilities. The place was freezing, there was no privacy at all, and I've honestly never endured a worse massage. It was confusing because we were promised a body massage, steam bed, and hair massage. Instead, we received about 10-15 minutes of what they called a "massage," a steam bed that wasn’t warm at all, and a hair massage that was uncomfortable and left oil in my hair even after washing it. What was supposed to be a 60-minute session ended up being closer to 30 minutes. To top it off, the lady owner was extremely rude and disrespectful when we expressed our concerns, even threatening to fire the masseuses when the main issue was with her service.

I felt completely ripped off. They charged 10,000 rupees for a one-hour massage, but the service only lasted 30 minutes. It was a terrible experience overall. The place was cold and unclean, the towels had an unpleasant smell, and the steam bath was chilly since it had just started. At 60 years old, I’ve never felt more foolish for falling for such a scam. To make matters worse, our driver and guide were the ones who brought us there. Beware!

We enjoyed a wonderful hour-long full body and head massage that was truly delightful. The pressure was just right, and they were happy to use non-aromatic oils as we requested. I would definitely recommend this place; it’s reasonably priced. The staff were very pleasant. While the venue isn't overly fancy, it serves its purpose well, and we left feeling very relaxed. We opted out of the steam treatment, focusing solely on the massage.

I’m giving one star because there's no option for zero. This place is a total scam; they charged us 10,000 rupees when the actual price is only 5,000 for everyone. The towels were filthy, the service was unprofessional, and the massage was the worst I've ever experienced. There was a terrible smell, and the masseuses seemed indifferent to what they were doing. What was supposed to be a one-hour massage turned out to be barely 30 minutes, with 10 of those spent in a 'Turkish bath' that was essentially lying in a heated coffin for 5 minutes. The staff was rude, and their behavior was questionable. I will never return, and I sincerely hope you think twice before visiting this place. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, IT'S A SCAM! The service was awful; we were informed that it would last an hour, but it only went on for 30 minutes. The steam bath was cold, the towels were dirty and had a bad smell, and it was freezing inside. The bathroom was unclean, it was noisy, and there was no privacy. The massage quality was nonexistent. The staff's attitude was very unprofessional. There were six of us, and we all felt uneasy and didn't enjoy ourselves at all. This is the first time I'm posting a review like this; I usually don't leave negative feedback, but I really don't want anyone else to waste their money on this experience. It was overpriced and felt like a scam aimed at tourists. When we tried to voice our concerns politely, the owner yelled at us (literally) and threatened to fire some of the staff if we decided to leave, even though it wasn't their fault!

I'm Ananad from India. Today we enjoyed a couples massage, and it was a wonderful and fantastic experience. It's definitely worth trying for relaxation and rejuvenation. The candle was a special highlight—don't miss it!

We had a simultaneous massage for four people, and it was fantastic. The experience was very relaxing, and the staff treated us with kindness and warmth, just as we requested, all female therapists. The massages felt very professional.
