    Great service and cleanliness

The service was excellent and impressive, with friendly staff. The restaurant itself was neat, clean, and beautifully maintained. The restrooms were also spacious and very clean.

    Comfortable and Spacious Rooms

This is a pleasant place that is well-kept and clean. The rooms are large, and the bathrooms are spacious as well. The help desk was also quite accommodating.

    Comfortable Rooms but No Lift

The rooms and restrooms were nice, and they had air conditioning too. We booked a room with two beds, but it felt a bit cramped with both beds in the space, even though the room itself was decent. We were on the third floor, which made it quite exhausting to climb up and down since there’s no elevator. I recommend asking for a room on the first floor when you book.

    Comfortable Stay in Sainthamaruthu

This is a nice spot to stay in the Sainthamaruthu area. The rooms and beds are kept clean and tidy. There's ample parking available, and the prices are reasonable too.

    Decline in Quality Over Time

I used to enjoy this hotel three years ago, but now I've found it to be quite disappointing. The rooms are very dirty and not well-maintained, and the staff members are also quite rude.
