Frustrating Experience at Arogia Dental Clinic

On March 13, 2025, we went to Arogia Dental Clinic for treatment for my mother’s severe tooth pain, hoping for professional care. Unfortunately, our visit turned out to be frustrating and disappointing. The doctor hardly spent a minute examining my mother. She attempted to show him her clinic book, which outlines her medical history, but he didn’t even glance at it. Instead, he rushed to prescribe a few tablets without properly diagnosing her condition. When we told the receptionist about my mother’s allergies to certain medications and inquired if there was any precautionary check before prescribing, the response was shockingly careless: "If any allergic reaction happens, go to a government hospital." This is completely unacceptable! Shouldn’t a professional clinic prioritize the safety of their patients before issuing prescriptions? Adding to our frustration, we were charged 2000 rupees for this negligent service. We left with more questions than answers: Why didn’t the doctor take a moment to properly examine the patient? Why was my mother’s clinic book disregarded? Isn’t her medical history essential for treatment? Shouldn’t the clinic be accountable for prescribing safe medication rather than shifting the responsibility onto government hospitals? How can this level of service be justified given the cost? We are extremely disappointed and will never return to this clinic. Arogia Dental Clinic needs to seriously reconsider its standards for patient care.
