Yesterday, the hospital staff told numerous lies, and since I traveled quite a distance, I ended up wasting my valuable time. Please don't trust their responses.

The maintenance here is absolutely terrible, causing problems for the neighbors. It feels like they have no consideration and are bothering the community instead of being patient with their issues.

I recently underwent a minor leg surgery at Vavuniya Health Care, and I was impressed with the facilities and patient care. The doctors and clinic staff provided kind and effective treatment. I highly recommend visiting Vavuniya Health Care for quality treatment.

The doctor I met was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything thoroughly and patiently. However, the other services were lacking. I’m giving four stars mainly for the doctor who treated me.

It's now 8:30 PM, and we were supposed to have our doctor's appointment at 6:30 PM. We feel very let down, especially since many other patients are still here waiting too.

I recently had a very unsatisfactory experience at The hospital. The management and the receptionist's conduct were well below what should be expected, which greatly affected my overall visit. To start, the receptionist showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. They were not knowledgeable about hospital procedures and failed to address patient inquiries effectively. This resulted in unnecessary delays and confusion, adding stress and inconvenience for patients who were already in a delicate situation.

The Health Care Centre continues to operate a generator even when regular electricity is available. They run it all day, making it difficult for us, their neighbors, to enjoy any peace. Despite our polite requests for them to resolve this issue, they've chosen to ignore us. As a hospital, their role should be to promote health, not create disturbances for the community. Shouldn't they prioritize the well-being of those around them? It's incredibly inconvenient and frustrating. Just imagine spending your whole day in warm weather, listening to the loud generator and dealing with harsh lights. We're also facing regular power cuts, and we have no idea why. We constantly have to remind them that real people live nearby. We recognize that they serve the public, but surely they can find ways to address these problems? Why is it taking so long?

The doctors and staff provided good service overall. However, I noticed they seemed to prioritize Tamil-speaking patients while we were in line. This could just be due to our language barrier.
