Disappointing Experience and Poor Value
Exercise caution when paying in advance and be mindful of what you receive. My boyfriend and I booked 60 minutes for a session, but after just 30 minutes, the therapist finished and asked me to change; my boyfriend was done at the same time. We didn’t feel it was a proper massage, as there was a lack of professionalism. It felt like they were taking our money without having a good grasp of Ayurvedic or massage techniques. Additionally, the cleanliness left much to be desired; my boyfriend had to lie naked on a bare plastic massage table with no towels or sheets underneath. We won’t be coming back. After much back and forth with the "manager," we finally managed to negotiate a partial refund, receiving 2000 instead of the 4000 we originally paid for the 30 minutes. So, be sure to keep track of the time they start ;).
