    Perfect beachside gym experience

    This is a fantastic gym located right on the beach, equipped with everything you could want. I visited around 5 PM and found it to be quite empty, with only two other individuals present.

    Great hidden gym experience

    This gym is tucked away behind Fernando's bar and has recently opened (July 2025). It's a peaceful spot in the early mornings when the heat isn't too intense. A workout costs LKR1000, but I chose the LKR2000 package, which includes a caffeine shot and a protein shake.

    This is an excellent spot to diversify your workout routine. There are numerous options to get in a fantastic workout. The owners are friendly, the staff is great, and the atmosphere is really cool. Unleash your inner beast at the Trinco jungle gym.

    Great gym with a fun challenge

    This gym is fantastic and even offers a chance to join for free if you're up for a challenge! If you enjoy games and adventure, this is the place to be. There’s a wide variety of excellent equipment available.

    Mixed feelings about the review system

    I would rate it 4.5 stars, but I can’t do that because they seem to ‘buy’ their 5-star reviews. The owner should really consider offering a free iced tea in exchange for honest feedback! They don’t actually need to urge people to give them 5 stars since their quality speaks for itself (see picture). Despite this, I’d return because the staff was friendly, and overall, it was a pleasant experience.

    Excellent beach gym experience

    This outdoor beach gym offers a fantastic open-air atmosphere, and the addition of an ice bath is a significant perk. It has all the essential equipment required for a good workout. Kish, the manager, is very friendly and accommodating. Overall, it's a wonderful place to exercise by the beach.

    Amazing beachfront gym experience

    This gym right on the beach is truly amazing and authentic! It has all the essential equipment you could ask for, combining high-quality modern machines with unique, handcrafted wooden ones that create a distinctive atmosphere. They provide a fantastic package that includes a coffee shot, a day pass, and a protein shake. We particularly enjoyed the barefoot training experience and even returned for another session within just 12 hours!

    Great gym near Fernando's market

    This gym, located just off Fernando’s market in Trinco, is a lot of fun. I had an excellent squat and bench workout, even with the unique equipment available.

    This fantastic old-school jungle gym is located just off the beach. The prices are excellent, the staff is friendly, and it has everything you need for a really solid workout. I highly recommend it.
