Quality jewellery but tense atmosphere
After two decades, I finally visited Lalitha's to buy a pair of earrings as a gift for a newborn. As always, I appreciated the quality and value of their jewellery. However, I noticed that prices have significantly increased since my last purchase for a gift 20 years ago. The ambience is pleasant, but the staff seem a bit tense, reminiscent of older shops. The lady who helped me was very kind, but overall, I’ve been a fan of theirs for the past 30 years because I trust the genuineness of their work.

Mixed feelings about the shopping experience
They offer some really nice items. Unfortunately, the individual managing the negotiations appears disinterested, which detracts from the overall shopping experience. There's definitely a need for improvement in their customer service.

Excellent Jewelry Repair Service
Fantastic service! They repaired my wife's and my wedding rings at a very reasonable price. Other jewelry shops said it couldn't be done, but they took on the task. I highly recommend this place for any jewelry needs.
