    Disappointing Experience at Jaffna Cargills

    I visited the Jaffna Cargills Square food court today and was really disappointed with the management. They refer to it as a mall, but there's no air conditioning, making it unbearably hot on that floor. 🥵

    While you shouldn't anticipate high-end quality from a shopping mall, this one stands out as the sole location featuring a supermarket, a food court with options like Barista and KFC, and a movie theater all in one spot. However, the upkeep leaves much to be desired. The restrooms are just average, and there are some other areas that could use attention.

    Great food, but poor theater experience

    KFC at Food City is quite enjoyable. However, the theater experience is a different story. Often, they turn off the air conditioning, making the crowded showtimes on the third floor, which is entirely glass-enclosed, quite uncomfortable. Without any ventilation fans or air conditioning, the lack of fresh air is definitely a concern.

    Great Experience at the Food Court

    I visited the food court on the top floor with a few friends for an early dinner. We opted for the elevator, but the escalator is also an option. The area was well-maintained, and we noticed several staff members diligently working to keep it tidy.
