Poor management leads to frustration

Situated on the main road, I feel the management lacks a sense of seriousness and responsibility. It's not sufficient to just be polite. The delivery service is unreliable; I never know when my order will arrive, and the phone line is always off. Even after three days of waiting, I haven't received any updates, and this is during lockdown.

The main perk is the 24/7 hours, which has come in handy for me on several occasions when I needed groceries late at night or early in the morning. The store is clean, spacious, and organized, making it easy to locate what I’m after. They offer a nice selection of items, from fresh produce to packaged goods, and the shelves are generally well stocked. The staff are friendly and eager to assist, enhancing the overall shopping experience. Located right on K.K.S. Road, it’s easy to get to, and parking is usually straightforward. Prices are fair for the area, and I believe it’s worth the visit even if I have to drive a bit further. In summary, Tharany Supermarket is my preferred place for groceries, particularly when I need something urgently or outside regular hours.
