This supermarket offers a wide range of grocery items along with some stationery and unique items. There's also a dedicated gift store right next to the main supermarket. During festival seasons, they host special promotions and set up a section featuring seasonal necessities. For instance, during Valentine's Day, you can find teddy bears and red roses displayed separately.

I've been a customer at Northway for two years, but I must admit that I only go there because there aren’t any other supermarkets nearby. Unfortunately, their customer service is terrible. It feels like they suspect customers of stealing. The treatment of Sinhala students from the university is particularly harsh and unfriendly. Only the young male staff seem to smile at the girls; otherwise, there's a lack of warmth from the rest of the team. I recently had an encounter that was handled unethically and left me feeling quite uncomfortable. I truly hope the owner takes a moment to improve the customer service and create a more welcoming atmosphere for shoppers.

I encountered a lack of customer service in the parking lot. The security guard was rude to me when I arrived on a bicycle. It would be helpful to have a sign that says ‘Do not come by bicycle’ or ‘Park on the road.’

Located on Palali Road, close to Parameshwaram junction, this place is a solid choice for picking up food and various kitchen supplies. You can also find stationery and sanitary items here. There’s a small parking area available for a few vehicles, and it's easily accessible from the main road. It’s conveniently situated near Thinesh bakery and a petrol station at Parameshwaram junction. The service here is commendable.

The Northway location in Thirunelveli, Jaffna, has become my go-to place for nearly everything. The staff members are incredibly friendly, recognize most of the regular customers, and always greet you with a smile, ready to assist. Northway offers a broad selection of products and is dedicated to maintaining quality. The vegetables, fruits, and daily perishables are wonderfully fresh. They also provide frozen meat, fresh eggs, frozen seafood, beverages, ice creams, and much more! There are two supervisors at this outlet who truly deserve recognition for their outstanding work and the support they give to everyone.
