The location is convenient, but the staff seems uninformed. I went there today and noticed that despite not ordering certain items, their prices were still listed. This is quite challenging during an economic downturn.

This place is just like any regular grocery store, offering essentials and ready-to-eat meals that hit the spot when you're hungry. Located in a moderate shopping mall in Jaffna town, you'll find a good selection of vegetables, fruits, and groceries available. The prices are reasonable too.

The biggest food city in jaffna.. all things are buying here...

The management of staff here is lacking, as the female floor staff and cashiers are quite rude to customers. The chicken consistently has a strong smell of preservatives. Additionally, the quality of the seafood is subpar; there have been instances where they've sold rotten shrimp and sardines.

Most popular place for shopping house goods in Jaffna. Good and important location and more parking slots

Super market with good choice of products. Friendly staff. Reasonable price.

We spend over 10,000 rupees on goods daily, yet our phone number isn't recorded on our bill. When I inquire about this, they claim they're updating a different bill, which has occurred multiple times. They push you to purchase the items they offer, and if you refuse, they laugh and make you feel uncomfortable. They snatch the money from your hand, almost like stealing. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They also seem to judge customers based on their attire.

Great little supermarket which sells Marmite! Also porridge oats, raisins and soya milk, plus some western brands off toiletries.

Cargills Food City is well-known in Jaffna and stands out as the sole location where you can find many groceries that regular stores don't carry. Here, you can purchase meat, fruits, vegetables, canned goods, and a variety of other grocery items.
