I had a disappointing experience at this shop. The cashier and management were the worst. Once items are sold, you can't get a cash refund even if you realize your mistake right away. It was a very frustrating situation. Please consider adjusting your attitude; remember that you work in a public service role.

You can find everything here, even without vegetables. It opens late, around 11:30 PM, near an Old Park/Kachcheri in Jaffna, close to a wine shop. I visited this place throughout the day.

This place is situated in a very convenient location. However, they should consider expanding their selection and stock. When compared to other supermarkets, their prices are similar to those found in general markets. To attract more customers and boost sales, they ought to offer some discounts and promotions, like their competitors do.

This supermarket meets a decent standard. Unlike other supermarkets, it offers a variety of Indian products and has a self-service machine for utility payments. They accept both credit and debit cards. However, the parking situation is inadequate for the volume of customers this supermarket attracts, making it a bit of a challenge. It’s quite popular in the area.

I visited this store to purchase an unlimited data plan for Dialog service. They misled me with incorrect information about a plan for RS. 365.00, claiming it offered unlimited access to YouTube, social media, and WhatsApp, but it failed to work. All my money was wasted within just two days of using those supposedly unlimited plans. When I returned to the store for clarification, I received more incorrect information with my second purchase, repeating the same issue. Ultimately, I contacted Dialog Customer Service and was informed that I had never activated any unlimited plans. The staff here are clearly unhelpful and provide entirely wrong information while making sales. If I had the choice, I wouldn't even give this place one star.👎👎👎👎👎👎

I really enjoy this shop, which is conveniently located near my home. The local staff are respectful and polite, and they were fantastic during the lockdown, providing excellent delivery service. Recently, they've also managed to stay open during power cuts. For a small supermarket, they offer a wonderful variety of food, including some international items. They also sell stationery, kitchen supplies, cosmetics, and more. The shelves are consistently well-stocked, and everyone puts in a lot of effort. Although it's not in the town center, it's definitely a great place to shop.
