Great fitness facility with good value
The pricing is reasonable compared to other locations. They have separate areas for both genders. A coach provides clear instructions. There's a computerized system in place for record-keeping. Plus, they offer almost all the equipment needed for a complete fitness workout.

Good fitness environment with minor issues
It's generally a solid spot for fitness. However, some visitors could be more considerate of the atmosphere and demonstrate more respect for both fellow gym-goers and the equipment.
