I found the gym to be quite disappointing. They have strict rules, allowing only one visit per day. So, if you come in the morning, you can't return in the evening. The air conditioning doesn't function well, and the parking situation is poorly organized. The admission fee is 7,000, with a monthly fee of 3,000, which feels quite high for the facilities offered.

The prices here are high. None of the air conditioners were functioning during my visit. The monthly payment system is complicated. They also close on Sundays, which is quite inconvenient. It seems to be run by the father, and the focus appears to be more on making money than on customer satisfaction.

During my travels as a tourist, I've checked out several gyms across Sri Lanka, and this one stands out as the best. It's a spacious, well-equipped fitness studio featuring professional-grade equipment. I felt just as comfortable here as I do at my home gym. The staff and fellow gym-goers were friendly. The only suggestion I have for improvement is adding a free squat rack with support.
