Disappointing service despite good package

We opted for the couple package and paid in full, but the service left a lot to be desired. We didn't receive the evening snacks that were part of the package. Despite informing the staff three times and waiting almost 1.5 hours, the snacks never arrived. At lunch, one dish was missing from our plates. We had to notify the kitchen again and then wait an additional 30 minutes to get the missing item. Overall, the service was poorly handled and customer care seemed very lacking. It appeared that there weren't enough staff members to adequately manage and serve the customers. This experience fell short of our expectations.

Disappointing Service at the Hotel

I had one of the worst experiences at a hotel recently. The service from Tharusha was very disappointing. We requested an outdoor table but were greeted with a less than helpful attitude. Eventually, we were given a table, but it was wet, along with the chairs. It's hard to understand how a hotel expects guests to sit on wet furniture. Overall, I found the service lacking in professionalism and it was quite disappointing.

Disappointing service despite regular visits

I was really let down by my experience at Oasis. My friends and I asked for an outdoor table, which seemed like it should be easy to accommodate. However, our waiter, Tharusha, initially turned us down and wasn’t very helpful, despite the fact that we’re frequent customers. Eventually, they did set up a table for us, but we were shocked to find that both the table and chairs were wet. It felt like no effort had gone into preparing the seating area for guests. It’s not acceptable for customers to sit at a wet table with wet chairs, as it reflects poorly on their attention to service. As regulars, we anticipated much better treatment and a higher level of professionalism. This incident left a bad impression, and I really hope management works on improving their service standards.

Excellent Venue for Corporate Events

We recently hosted a two-day residential event at the Oasis Riverside Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. The setup of the conference hall was well executed, the accommodations were cozy, and the food was truly delicious. Great stay with a beautiful view

The view from the room is stunning. The accommodations are pleasant, tidy, and well-kept. Service is excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. There's plenty of parking available, and the pool was well-maintained. The day out packages offer great value, especially considering the food and room included. I will certainly return.

Great service and delicious food

I had a fantastic time at Oasis Hotel. The service was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff. Great Wedding Venue by the Riverside

We had our wedding in 2024, and the service provided was outstanding. After the ceremony, we stayed for two nights. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the food was really good, especially the wedding buffet. The riverside location is lovely. We opted for an outdoor poruwa ceremony, which was fantastic in the evening. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this place! ❤️
