Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement

Our experience at Citrus Waskaduwa was quite enjoyable overall. The front office team and the hotel staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to assist, which greatly enhanced our stay. That said, we did notice a flaw in the service from the pool guards. It seemed they were inconsistent in their treatment of guests, being more attentive to foreign tourists than to local visitors. We hope management takes notice of this and ensures equal service for everyone, regardless of their nationality. Aside from this concern, the hotel provided a comfortable stay with good service from the rest of the staff.

Exceptional Stay at Citrus Hotel

I had an incredible experience at Citrus this past weekend, and it's definitely a place I'd return to time and again. The staff was outstanding, and the hospitality along with the food was fantastic. Mrs. Hiranya was very attentive, checking in on us frequently to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. She felt like a long-lost sister to me, which speaks volumes about her kindness and warmth. Mr. Shehan is one of the friendliest individuals I've ever met. He made us feel like part of the Citrus family with his welcoming and loving demeanor. It's rare to find a General Manager who is always smiling and willing to chat for a moment. Mrs. Thanuja also stood out as one of the friendliest team members, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The entire staff truly creates an emotional connection, making it feel like a home away from home. I'm so grateful for the chance to meet such a welcoming team. Until next time, Citrus! Great Stay at Citrus Waskaduwa

This was our second visit to Citrus Waskaduwa, and we were greeted with a warm welcome right from the moment we arrived. The room service was excellent, and the large pool was both nice and clean. As always, the food was incredible. We enjoyed a spacious room equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel also maintains the beach area well, keeping it clean and pleasant.
