Great Experience with Dr. Sanjaya

This was my first visit to this location. Dr. Sanjaya was very attentive and professional, showing me kindness and politeness throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything and provided clear instructions for aftercare. It tends to get quite busy, even on weekends, so it's a good idea to call ahead and schedule an appointment. While the wait was a bit longer than I expected, the procedure itself was quick. The staff was efficient in preparing me and assisting during the procedure.

Disappointing service and rude staff

The nurses were rude and the customer service was lacking. I arrived late and was made to wait, yet they took in someone who showed up without an appointment. In response to your message, Dr., that patient actually had an appointment for the following day, not that day. I witnessed everything, so don't try to mislead me. Being pregnant made it very uncomfortable to sit on the small benches you provide for patients. I understand prioritizing those with appointments, but I was only one hour late, not two. It’s unacceptable to speak to patients in such a rude manner. You should consider hiring new assistants who have better attitudes and also learn to respond more respectfully to reviews.

Exceptional dentist and great experience

This is the best dentist I've encountered. He is not only kind but also very professional. I felt comfortable both mentally and physically during my treatments, and the staff was incredibly attentive. The whole place is spotless. I recommend booking an appointment in advance before your visit, as I find it a much better approach than waiting around for hours.

Terrible experience with dental care

I wanted to write this review weeks ago; I definitely do not recommend this place. I visited the clinic during the first week of January around 6:05 PM, but by 6:15 PM, the nurse told me I should have come the next day since it was closing time. My tooth was hurting at that moment, but they said they couldn’t do anything and didn’t even examine it. After that, I scheduled an appointment for 5:00 PM the next day and arrived at 4:30 PM. However, I ended up waiting until around 7:00 PM, almost three hours. When I finally saw the doctor, I told him my tooth wasn’t hurting and just asked for a permanent filling. He replied that he couldn’t do that and insisted on a temporary filling because my cavity was big, which felt like an unnecessary excuse since my tooth wasn’t hurting at all. He charged me 3,000 rupees for both teeth, but the next day, the temporary filling fell off. The whole experience felt very unprofessional. I could sense that something was off. I just wish the doctor would be honest. I've seen a lot of negative comments about this place too. We pay for quality service; otherwise, we could just go to a hospital. It's disappointing. 💔💔💔

Staff Attitude Needs Improvement

The phone operators and nurses definitely have an attitude issue that needs to be fixed. They should receive proper training on how to communicate with patients. While the clinic is regarded as one of the best in Wattala, the staff currently employed do not seem to uphold that reputation. Perhaps they were selected from lower-quality government hospitals?
