I recently hosted my parents' anniversary at the Sapphire Hall in the Clarion Hotel Kiribathgoda. The venue was perfect, and the food was absolutely delicious! The staff, including Mr. Sanath, the Banquets Manager, were very friendly and provided excellent service. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! Thank you, Hotel Clarion!❤️

I feel let down having to write this review, but I hope it helps others reconsider their choice of hotel. Here are my concerns, point by point: 1. The building is quite old, and even though they have a new one, it’s not well-kept. 2. The towels and linens were dirty.

I spent a few nights here. Unfortunately, my room had an unpleasant odor and was not clean at all. Additionally, there was no hot water, and the TV wasn't functioning. On a positive note, breakfast was tasty, but the options were quite limited.
