I spent three nights at Nature’s Bliss hotel and the view from my room was absolutely stunning - I highly recommend it! The hosts are incredibly welcoming and warm-hearted, making you feel right at home. The rooms are both pretty and clean, and the scenery is just incredible. I will definitely return!

I had a really disappointing stay at Nature Bills Holiday. The bathroom was dirty and had a bad smell, which was nothing like the photos online. There were a lot of mosquitoes, and it seemed like there were no effective measures to deal with them. The towels they provided were filthy, discolored, thin, and looked very old, making them unpleasant to use. The pillows and their cases were also dirty, leaving me feeling uncomfortable right from our arrival. To top it off, there were no proper bed sheets; the ones available were very dirty, old, and an off-white color, giving the room a very unclean appearance. We were stuck with these issues since we had already booked the room and paid in full. On top of that, basic toiletries like tissue paper were missing, which added to the hassle. In summary, the room’s cleanliness and comfort fell far short of my expectations. I felt disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and wouldn’t recommend this place unless there are major improvements.

The property and rooms are quite nice, and we were upgraded to a family room. However, the service leaves much to be desired. Guests are required to carry their own luggage up to the rooms because the caretaker has a back issue. I recommend that the owner hire another caretaker to assist with this, as paying guests shouldn't have to handle their own bags in a hotel. Additionally, they charge a high price for water, which is typically included at other places, so it's wise to bring your own bottles. Lastly, the location isn't great, as it's quite far from the main attractions in Colombo.

I recently had a great time staying at this lovely hotel with my family, and it truly surpassed our expectations. The family room was spacious, clean, and ideal for our kids. The outstanding attention from the staff, particularly Indika, made us feel right at home. The food was tasty, featuring a range of well-prepared dishes. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Nishan, who was extremely welcoming and attentive, making sure every guest felt appreciated. All in all, our visit was fantastic, with superb accommodations, attentive staff, and a very family-oriented vibe. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I want to share my experience with Natures Bliss Holidays. Initially, I was worried after reading reviews on Google about insects in the rooms, especially since I was traveling all the way from India. However, the owner called me to reassure me that my stay would be comfortable and even invited us to check out the room before booking. Upon arriving in Sri Lanka 🇱🇰, we were met by our host driver, Indike, who picked us up from the airport and took us to our hotel room. The reality of the rooms was quite different than I had anticipated; they were clean, tidy, and the staff was very friendly. The ground floor also features a small swimming pool. Breakfast was complimentary, and we enjoyed authentic Sri Lankan dishes. The owner organized our entire trip, which went very smoothly. I must highlight our driver, Indike, who truly stole the show. He was incredibly down-to-earth and became very close to our family, especially to my 5-year-old son, treating us like his own relatives.

To start, the manager wasn't very welcoming to us as guests from another country—only friendly with locals! We've been living in Sri Lanka for over a year, and this was the first time we've encountered such a situation. He even tried to overcharge us! Additionally, there were a lot of insects in our room, and the furniture and doors looked old and were partially damaged by pests. Breakfast was quite basic, just some bread, and the small children's pool left much to be desired. The administrator didn't respect guests' privacy and often crossed boundaries. Just a heads up, he comes off as a bit odd. The environment was noisy, with cars, construction, and people singing nearby. There are more issues, but I won't dwell on them. On a positive note, there was a very kind woman and a young man who really kept this hotel afloat! Thanks to their kindness and willingness to help, I can still say this hotel has its merits. The lobby is beautiful, but sitting quietly was a challenge. There is a spacious terrace, but it seems to be used for drying clothes from the washing machine. On the bright side, there are plenty of shops, cafes, banks, and other amenities nearby!

We enjoyed a tranquil stay at this small hotel located 30 minutes from the airport. We had booked it for our final night before leaving Sri Lanka. However, we were disturbed by a bell ringing in the middle of the night, which was quite frustrating. It turned out that a resident guest was responsible; they had ordered food and the delivery person had to ring the bell. It was quite inconsiderate of that couple, and I felt bad for the property owners.

I had a very disappointing experience. The room was tiny, uncomfortable, and didn't justify the price at all. Booking.com listed the charge as 4042, but we were billed 5000 without a clear explanation. The customer service was lacking. The staff was rude and unprofessional. They locked the main door at 9 o'clock, and even though we ordered Uber Eats before then, they still secured the entrance before our delivery arrived, which created unnecessary hassle. Overall, the property management was inadequate, the service was appalling, and the entire experience was frustrating. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.
