Avoid this gym at all costs

This gym is the worst! 🤮 We pay Rs.6000 just to work out and go about our day, but the owner constantly bugs us. He goes on and on about his past, which we really don't care about. 😹 The plates are supposed to be set at normal speed, but the owner keeps messing with them. When using the leg press, he keeps adjusting the safety lock, which is super annoying. This guy (the owner of TFS) seems to be around 50 years old and acts like he’s in charge of everything. We are just students trying to work out, and he’s always interfering with our routines. He has no clue about proper workouts and shouldn't be giving advice. I’m only a beginner but want to focus on my own workout without interruptions. It’s really frustrating! 🤮🤮

Poor customer treatment by owner

I was let down by how the owner interacts with customers—quite dismissive and disrespectful. This isn't the type of atmosphere I'd suggest for anyone wanting a supportive experience at the gym.

Great workout spot with friendly staff

This is an excellent gym! I began my membership here a few months back. They have all the amenities you need, the pricing is just right, the people are fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly and supportive. Plus, you can purchase supplements and gear right on-site. I would definitely recommend this place, 10 out of 10.

Avoid this gym at all costs

This gym is the worst! We pay Rs.6000 just to work out and go on with our lives, but the owner constantly bothers us. He talks about his past, and honestly, we don't care. The plates are loaded at a normal pace, but the owner keeps insisting on adding more. When using the leg press, he messed with the safety lock. It's frustrating dealing with someone who seems out of touch. I'm only 20, and he's around 50, yet he acts as if he's the authority here. I’m just trying to do my beginner workouts for the last two months. My friends and I are just trying to have a decent workout experience, but it’s impossible with him around. I can't recommend this place at all.

Gym Bullying Diminishes Experience

The gym has good equipment and plenty of space, but there are some bullies who target beginners and can completely undermine their confidence before they even get started. I faced bullying for performing an exercise incorrectly and was humiliated by a guy who claims to be a professional bodybuilder. He told me I was damaging the gym's reputation and embarrassing everyone there. This incident occurred during my third or fourth day as a total novice, and there are no coaches present to assist, so I was just following videos to learn the exercises. The same individual and his friend continued to mock me until I felt compelled to leave. It really hurt my confidence as a newcomer. If you decide to join this gym, I suggest hiring an outside coach for sessions or visiting at times when these types of pathetic individuals aren’t around to belittle you. 👍🏼
