This gym isn't worth the price. It's always hot inside despite claims of air conditioning, which just doesn't cut it. The restrooms are not well-maintained. The equipment is outdated, with some dumbbells either broken or missing and not replaced. The trainers are also unhelpful. Overall, very disappointing!

I strongly recommend this gym to all newcomers looking to change their bodies. In particular, if you’re considering personal training, I suggest working with Yasith. He has helped me achieve a remarkable transformation in just 15 sessions.

This is a fantastic spot for your workout! The trainers are well-qualified and offer great assistance, plus the facility is clean and spacious for exercising. It features: - Separate changing rooms for men and women (complete with lockers) - Immaculate washrooms for both genders (that smell amazing) - Fully equipped workout areas - Air conditioning The only downside I noticed is the lack of a water tap for refilling bottles if needed (though water bottles can be purchased). They also offer a variety of supplements for sale, if you're interested.

I had a very disappointing time at Live Strong Fitness in Ratmalana. The trainers offered no attention, there was no workout schedule, and I received no guidance during my exercises. Members are left to their own devices, whether they're doing things correctly or not. There are only ab sessions available, and no group classes like cross training. The cleanliness was lacking, with dirty restrooms and no sanitizers or tissues available for the machines. Even though I paid a decent fee, I feel like I got no real value in return. It seems like this gym is only set up to attract new members initially, without any real effort to keep them motivated or supported over time. I cannot recommend this gym to anyone seeking a serious or supportive fitness environment.

Having been a member for two years, I'm truly disheartened by the transformation of this gym. It used to be a spacious and high-quality facility, but poor management has caused standards to drop significantly. It seems the focus has entirely shifted to fee collection instead of maintaining a good environment. Additionally, the constant turnover of trainers disrupts the consistency for those of us who are serious about our fitness goals. I can no longer recommend this gym.
