I went to the rooftop restaurant for dinner with friends and it stands out as one of the top spots in the area for a night out. The food was delicious, and the pricing was fair, coming to around Rs.1200 per person for food and soft drinks. It's definitely worth the price. They also offer BYOB. The view and atmosphere are nice, and the staff were welcoming. I'm looking forward to coming back!

I had a fantastic meal at Hotel Rosenro! From the moment we entered, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. The staff was incredibly attentive, making sure every detail was handled without being overbearing. Our server was well-informed about the menu, offered excellent recommendations, and was friendly throughout our dining experience. The food was truly amazing—each dish was cooked to perfection, featuring fresh ingredients and a wonderful mix of flavors. The presentation was lovely, and the portions were generous. I particularly enjoyed the Fish N Chips and Seafood Chopsy Rice! In summary, the blend of outstanding service, delicious cuisine, and a welcoming atmosphere created an unforgettable experience. I’m eager to return and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a top-notch dining experience!

The location is great, just a short distance from Piliyandala town. Prices are fair, and the room itself was fairly spacious. On the downside, there was an unpleasant smell in the room. The bathroom was clean, but we encountered an issue with the hot water not functioning during our visit. We also tried the nasi goreng at the hotel restaurant, but it didn’t meet our expectations. Overall, it’s a reasonable choice for budget travelers near Piliyandala, though improvements are needed in maintenance and food quality.

This venue is ideal for hosting parties. The hospitality and service are outstanding. They have a modern kitchen equipped with top-notch cooking tools and maintained at 100% cleanliness. "AND THE FOOD WAS GREAT AND AFFORDABLE". We held a party for 40 guests on the rooftop party hall on the 17th, and it was fantastic with a lovely view. I want to extend my gratitude to Mr. Shone, the manager, who is incredibly friendly and ensured all our needs were met. "THANK YOU, MR. SHONE AND THE FRIENDLY STAFF FOR HELPING US HOST A GREAT PARTY". Wishing you all the best, Rosento.

The staff and manager were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting me with everything I needed. However, the downside is that the rooftop has many steps and no lift, which could be challenging for those with mobility issues, as it's about three stories high depending on your room location. I was on the first floor, so I had to take multiple flights of stairs to reach it. Once there, the views were spectacular. The food was decent, but the menu was quite limited; however, the portion sizes offered good value for the money.

I spent 10 days at this hotel and had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always available to assist with anything I needed. My room was kept clean, comfortable, and well-cared for throughout my stay, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore dining, shopping, and sightseeing options. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day, and I really valued their meticulous attention to detail. In summary, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would certainly return in the future!

My daughter and I spent three days here. The hotel's secure and safe environment truly won me over. Our rooms were clean and quite comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the manager, Mr. Shaun.

I enjoyed a lovely two-day stay at this hotel. The overall experience was fantastic. My room and bathroom were clean, tidy, and well-kept, which made it easy for me to rest and handle my work without interruptions. The staff were incredibly friendly, disciplined, and helpful throughout my visit. Although I didn’t have much chance to eat at the hotel since I was out most of the day, I did sample the kottu, and it was delicious and quite generously sized—definitely too much for one person! Even though the hotel is situated right in the heart of town, the area was surprisingly tranquil and not overly noisy. A special shoutout to Mr. Shaun, the manager, who was always available to help. His leadership is evident in the staff's professionalism. I highly recommend this place. Thank you!

This hotel has a great location with easy access to Colombo and the southern highway. There’s a supermarket and various restaurants nearby. The room met all the basic needs and was definitely worth the price. A special thanks to Mr. Shaun, a kind gentleman who ensured all our needs were met. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Rosenro.
