The location is stunning! They keep everything well-maintained, including the clean room and bathroom. It's a peaceful place to stay by the lagoon, and there's also a pool available. We had a great time playing games and singing songs without any issues. The road to get there isn't in great shape, but the destination is worth it.

Excellent value for what you pay, and it looked just like the pictures. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The villa was well-maintained and tidy. The pool was the highlight! Overall, we had a fantastic experience here and will definitely return!

This is a great spot for friends and family, whether for a day out or an overnight stay. The staff, including the caretaker and security, were incredibly helpful, especially since we stayed late for some fun by the pool. However, we found the pool was a bit too small for the size of the property, which was disappointing for pool enthusiasts. The property is well-maintained, although it appears the structure is somewhat older. The "Continental Breakfast" could definitely use some improvement. Since we didn’t try any other dishes, I can’t comment on the food overall. That said, the cook was very friendly and accommodating. In summary, it was a positive experience at a well-kept place. It offers plenty of privacy, making it a nice choice for a couples' retreat at a boutique hotel.

This place is wonderful—calm, quiet, clean, safe, and secure, with a fantastic view of Bolgoda Lake. We were truly pleased with the service throughout our event. A special thanks to Mr. Thanuka, the Assistant Manager, who was incredibly kind, organized, and instrumental in making our day unforgettable. The rooms were tidy and well-kept. The food was absolutely delicious—words can't capture it, and I highly recommend it. The swimming pool was simply stunning. The staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend this location.

We spent three days at Serenity Lake Front Villa, and it looked just like the photos. We had an amazing time; the food was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly, doing everything they could to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The pool was gorgeous and well-maintained, and we took full advantage of it! For a three-star place, the value is excellent!

This place is lovely, but the rules are incredibly strict and unfriendly. Our group of 22 visited for a day outing and were given access to a small veranda and a garden hut for lunch, but the main house was closed, despite being advertised as the "Serenity Lake Front VILLA." We requested two rooms for our group of 6 men and 16 women, but were only allowed one. Although they called it a buffet, the lunch was quite basic and barely filled us up, especially after the snacks we had brought along. We were also charged an additional Rs 1,000/- just to use the fridge for a few ice packs, on top of the Rs 104,500/- we already paid plus a refundable deposit of Rs 25,000/-. This was a first-time experience for me, and I've never encountered such practices in the hospitality industry before. Still, we managed to enjoy ourselves, but it raises the question: why return to a place with so many restrictions?

We really enjoyed our visit to this stunning and unique spot. The restaurant is set on a spacious property featuring a well-kept garden. From there, we could even watch eagles fishing. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They made sure our experience was enjoyable.

The location truly embodies its name—calm, serene, and beautifully situated by the lake. The food was incredibly tasty, offering a great selection that pleased everyone. The staff were remarkable—friendly, attentive, and always available to assist. A special shoutout to Manoj for expertly managing everything, and a sincere thank you to Mr. Alles, the owner, for personally helping us arrange everything to match our preferences. The villa itself was spacious and clean, featuring comfortable rooms, a lovely pool, and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
