This is an excellent gym located in Unawatuna. It costs 500 LKR if you're just using the weights, and 1000 LKR if you also want to do cardio. The staff and other guests are really friendly. There’s a wide variety of free weights for all types of workouts, along with functional cable machines. So far, this is the best gym I've visited in Sri Lanka.

This gym is fantastic. The training rooms are well zoned, making it easy to work out without getting in each other's way. They have all the essential exercise equipment and a solid selection of dumbbells. A single visit costs 500 LKR.

This is a fantastic gym for those who value practicality. It’s budget-friendly, but keep in mind there’s no air conditioning. During the afternoons, you can enjoy a quieter atmosphere as it’s usually empty. The facility boasts two floors with a good selection of equipment, including double the machines like two peck-decks and two cable stations. As for pricing, a single day pass costs 500 LKR, and if you want access to the cardio machines, it’s 1000 LKR. I had a great workout here!

Unawatuna has a fantastic gym! A single visit costs 300 LKR. It features two levels and while some of the equipment shows its age, it has everything necessary for a solid workout. Just a heads-up, there’s no A/C. Additionally, they offer tasty fresh juices and protein shakes at a fair price.

This gym is honestly quite impressive. The equipment shows signs of regular use, but it's high-quality and functions perfectly. I paid 1000 LKR to access the strength equipment. There were no queues for anything, and I had an excellent workout. I'd definitely return.

This gym has all the standard equipment you would typically find. The staff is quite friendly, and you can buy protein shakes, pre-workout supplements, creatine, and other items. We each paid 800 LKR for access.

Ideal for fitness enthusiasts on holiday, this gym charges 1000 LKR for a single day, or 1500 LKR if you want access to cardio equipment. Situated on the second and third floors, it offers all the necessary gear for an effective workout, including a double cable tower. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I had an excellent workout and would highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys hitting the gym.
