While in Sri Lanka, I misplaced my glasses but managed to get a copy of my prescription emailed to me from the UK. My prescription is quite strong, and this was the only optician nearby who could provide me with a new pair of glasses on the same day. They were impressively efficient and straightforward about what they could offer. I arrived in the morning and found a range of frames available for a same-day turnaround for me to choose from. They carefully verified my prescription, and the optician even met us halfway in the evening to deliver my glasses. They really go above and beyond, and I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this place! The staff is incredibly kind and they run a professional shop with a solid selection of frames at fantastic prices. As a tourist who speaks English, I felt very comfortable receiving care and ordering glasses here. They even rushed my order so I could pick up my glasses before I left the country. Thank you, Hettarachchi!

After losing our glasses, we needed to find replacements. We walked into the store just half an hour before closing and were warmly welcomed. After explaining our situation, we browsed through an extensive selection of frames. The vision test was conducted professionally, and the shop owner stayed open an extra half hour beyond his usual hours to assist us. We really appreciate his flexibility and focus on customer service. The glasses arrived in Aluthgama within three days. Our expectations were definitely exceeded! We highly recommend this top-notch service. Thank you once more!

After losing my prescription sunglasses in the ocean, I was stressed since I needed them for the remainder of my trip. I reached out to this optical center, and they really went above and beyond to help me. Their team was quick to respond, very professional, and truly attentive to my needs. They not only prepared my new glasses swiftly, but they also generously included polarized lenses at no additional cost. What started off as a frustrating experience turned into a positive and genuinely caring interaction because of their kindness. I’m really thankful for their assistance and would highly recommend them to others.

I recently visited this optician in Galle, Sri Lanka, and I can genuinely say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I've had glasses made in various countries, including Germany, but I've never encountered anyone who measured my eyes with such precision and expertise. He took his time, explained everything thoroughly, and ensured that the measurements were perfectly tailored to my eyes. I was so pleased that I ended up purchasing two pairs of glasses, and now I see perfectly with both. I frequently receive compliments on my glasses back in Germany. A heartfelt thank you for the exceptional service, professional guidance, and the very friendly staff. Highly recommended.
