Comfort and cleanliness issues noted

My stay was disappointing because it felt like the management prioritized profit over providing a clean and comfortable environment. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, and cleanliness was a significant concern throughout the property. There were two large dogs on-site, and unfortunately, dog hair was everywhere inside the house. The outdoor lawn was littered with dog waste that hadn’t been cleaned up, making it uncomfortable to walk around. The bathrooms were not well-kept, and the shower had a drainage problem that caused water to pool during use. It also appeared that the property is often used for short “day room” stays, which made the beds feel unclean. In summary, the overall experience fell short of basic cleanliness and comfort standards.

Great hotel experience, highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is clean, quiet, and secure, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The views are stunning, and it offers excellent value for money. Regarding the location, it’s incredibly convenient; Keells supermarket is just a short walk away, and both PickMe and Uber work seamlessly in the area. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a comfortable and hassle-free stay!
